I am very excited to share with you that Red Hill Orthodontics has been selected as an Employee-Recommended Workplace by The Globe and Mail and Morneau Shepell.
This is extremely important to me because it proves that our team is happy, healthy, satisfied with their work environment, and motivated to succeed. Team contentment has always been one of my #1 goals and this is proof of our achievement. The satisfaction that each member of our team has with her job translates directly to the quality of the treatment our patients receive.
This recognition will also help us to continue to attract great new teammembers as we grow, fill maternity leaves, etc.
